A twist on regional New American cuisine, Whitebird’s progressive Appalachian menu features an abundance of ingredients sourced in partnership with local growers, artisanal producers, and sustainable farms including Crabtree Farms, a local community-focused agriculture resource, and Sequatchie Cove, a family-owned farm outside of Chattanooga. Whitebird - named for ‘Little Whitebird’, Chattanooga founder John Ross’ Cherokee designation - is The Edwin’s signature restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
